About Nagrade Novak
Nagrade Novak is the portfolio of Stancaona, a Zagreb-based creator of sports and business awards established in 1989. Led by Zarko Novak for 37 years, we design, manufacture, and assemble each award with dedication and care.
During this period, we have fulfilled over 200,000 work orders and delivered more than one million products—including medals, cups, plaques, figurines, award plates, and business awards. The projects in this portfolio are organized into four categories: by product type, by sport, by field, and by occasion.
Our business maxim is printed in black and white: “We never stop—until what is good becomes better and better becomes the best.”
About the Visuals
The Nagrade Novak Portfolio showcases finished products, personalised examples, and conceptual designs. Visuals are presented as photographs, videos, edited images, photomontages, mock-ups, 3D renders, AI-generated and AI-enhanced images, vector and technical drawings, sketches, illustrations, and other visual formats.
These visuals demonstrate product appearance, features, and manufacturing options. Some environments and backgrounds are digitally created, and certain images depict conceptual designs or personalisation proposals that have not yet been produced.
Colors, textures, reflections, and perceived size may vary from the actual product due to visualization methods, lighting, and display settings. Final dimensions, materials, and production details are determined during the ordering process and require approval of production specifications before manufacturing.
